MHP commits $2.2M for 67 units of rental housing in Pittsfield
PITTSFIELD, October 29, 2008 --- Using its ability to provide private bank funds for affordable rental housing, MHP has committed $2.2 million in long-term financing to support a 67-unit new construction and rehabilitation project near in downtown Pittsfield.
MHP commits $1.2M to finance 10 rental units
ARLINGTON, October 14, 2008 --- Using its ability to provide long-term, fixed-rate private financing for affordable rental housing, MHP has committed $1.2 million in first and second mortgage financing to help the Housing Corporation of Arlington (HCA) acquire, rehabilitate and preserve 10 units of affordable housing.
MHP commits $2.3M for affordable housing at former church site

Patrick pledges $142 million to support affordable rental housing
